RYAN FAUQUIER | Director, Building Automation Services
Ryan began his career with the company in December 2012 as a Research Analysis and Applications Engineer. In 2015, Ryan was promoted to lead the Automation and Controls group as the Director of Building Automation Systems (BAS). In this role Ryan leads the day to day and future goals of these departments, including the design and implementation of new and retrofitted systems. He also oversees a remote operations center that provides clients with 24/7 remote support and monitoring of their facilities. Prior to joining Recurrent, Ryan work at Parabel, Incorporated (Formally PetroAlgae) developing commercial scale bioreactors and controls systems for next generation biofuels and protein/feed supplements. In addition to the systems development, Ryan was deployed to provide on-site construction and start-up supervision of all test sites located in South America and Asia.

Ryan currently hold a Niagara AX&N4 certification and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.

KEATON PAVIER | Senior Energy Engineer
Keaton began his career with the company in February of 2017, bringing with him 3 years of building energy modelling experience gained from working at Havtech.  Keaton assists clients with benchmarking their current energy use and delivering cost effective solutions to meet their energy conservation or energy generation goals. Keaton is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Maryland, College Park.

JOE PEREZ | Manager, Facilities Support Services
Joe comes to us from Walter Reed Medical Center, bringing along 30 years of Facilities Maintenance experience. Joe is a Licensed Master Electrician with an extensive background in Facilities Management.  He has worked in the residential, commercial, and industrial fields throughout his career, from homes and high rise buildings to manufacturing plants.  Joe and his team maintain and support a variety of buildings throughout DC, MD, and VA.
